Quest Semi

Quest Semiconductor is a subsidiary of its parent company Semefab Ltd., a UK-based corporation. Quest serves as the sales and marketing division of Semefab for the Asian, Australian, and U.S. markets. With 40 years of experience in MEMS, JFETs, and sensors, the company now supplies power semiconductors, including SiC homogeneous Schottky diodes and TCIGBTs. They operate three foundries and provide wafers, bare dies, or packaged devices. No other company in the global market offers high-voltage devices comparable to theirs. Their product portfolio includes SiC diodes rated at 1700V, 2200V, 3300V, and 4500V.
