Quality Assurance & After-Sales Policy

Product Authenticity & Warranty

The store guarantees that all products provided are original and brand new, sourced directly from original factories, authorized agents, or distributors. We provide inspection records for all orders and offer a one-year warranty after delivery.

Return & Replacement Process

If quality issues occur, please contact us within 3 working days. We will replace parts with new ones according to our agreement. Replacement requirements include:

  • Formal description of the issue (text, photos, videos, testing).
  • Proof that parts are not original or new.
  • Visible transportation damage must be reported immediately upon receipt with photo evidence.

Note: We do not accept order cancellations after dispatch, only replacement of faulty products.

Logistics Costs for Faulty Items

Upon confirmation of a product issue, our store will bear the transportation costs for the replacement parts. If inspection/testing of the faulty unit is required, the customer should assist in returning the part, and the store will cover the shipping costs.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 24/7 technical stability and secure transactions, the store is not responsible for crashes, service interruptions, or data loss caused by force majeure or uncontrollable circumstances.

The store shall not be held liable for:

  • Unauthorized access or illegal use of user information/identity.
  • Losses resulting from the user's failure to protect their account credentials (Username, Password, or Customer ID).
